BioLife offers two great options for storing your fat/stem cells. And, after the first year of storage, there is an additional extended cryopreservation storage option that can be paid monthly, annually or every five years, depending on your personal needs.
Adipose Cell (Fat) Banking Package:
- Delivery of acquisition kit to physician prior to procedure
- Shipment of harvested fat to BioLife Cell Bank
- Processing of fat (up to 600cc)*
- Cryopreservation storage for one year
Stem Cell Banking Package:
- Delivery of acquisition kit to physician prior to procedure
- Shipment of harvested fat to BioLife Cell Bank
- Processing of fat (up to 350cc)* for adipose derived stem and regenerative cells
- Cryopreservation stem cell storage for one year
Extended Cryopreservation Storage Options
- Pay-by-Month $25
- Annual Prepaid $240 ($60 savings over pay-by-month)
- 5 Years $1,000 ($500 savings over pay-by-month - $200 savings over annual prepaid)
In advance of each patient procedure, BioLife requires:
- Completion and receipt of BioLife/Client Cell Banking Agreement
- Fees due/payable to BioLife Cell Bank
- Patient credit card on file for banking fees
